The MadTest Instruments DMR5i1 Multifunction Trip Unit Adapter is designed to be used in conjunction with an Eaton, Cutler Hammer, or Westinghouse 140D481G03 test set, as well as Magnum DS trip unit models 220, 520 and 1150,  Low Voltage DS/DSIIs trip units and is an alternate solution for testing Digitrip RMS retrofitted trip units.  The DMR5i1 adapter (X3) is the updated model of the DSM4i1.

The DMR5il offers a cost cutting solution for testing aftermarket Digitrip RMS retrofitted trip units. This family of trip units have been installed since 1989 in numerous manufactures circuit breakers, and many without breakout a cable for trip unit testing. The DMR5i1 and DSM4i1 allow the customer to easily connect to any configuration.
