Protec Equipment is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your personal information. This policy outlines the methods by which you can request the removal of your personal data collected by Protec CONNECT app.

Personal Data We Collect
The only personal information we collect is your username, password and Company name, which are used solely for signing into your account and matching with our PORS (Point of Rental Software) for existing purchases. This information is necessary to link your app account with the customer account already created in that system.

Requesting Data Removal
If you wish to have your personal data removed from our systems, you can make a request in the following ways:
Email: Send an email to from the email address associated with your account. Please include the subject line "Data Removal Request" to ensure the request is processed promptly.
Phone: Call us at 972-352-5550 and provide your account details to our support team. Mention that your call is regarding a "Data Removal Request".

Process After Request
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. After verification, we will proceed to delete all personal data associated with your username and password from our systems. We will confirm the completion of data removal via the contact method used for the request.
