The Square D by Schneider UTS3 Secondary Injection Test Set is designed to perform operational tests and diagnoses of Square D Micrologic Series B electronic trip units on circuit breakers.
It does not check the primary current sensing capabilities of a circuit breaker.
The UTS3 must be combined with an appropriate test module.
